  Lois, Bouchard & Co LLC has provided me with EXCEPTIONAL service, customer loyalty, and competitive value & pricing when it came to purchasing my wife's high-end diamond that was fitted for custom engagement ring. She did such an amazing job, that I went back and created a custom wedding ring to go with the engagement ring, due to her expertise & service. Lois is very personal and built a relationship with me. I would say it was like having a personal diamond concierge. She came very highly recommended and explained in detail how to purchase an engagement ring. I was oblivious, due to the fact, it was my first time proposing to the lady of my dreams. Lois explained step by step and how to build a custom engagement ring, starting with the diamond first (most important), then building a ring around the diamond. I had such great experience and great results with the engagement ring, that I used her again to customize my wife’s wedding ring. By far, this was the most important part of my life and she made it even more amazing by helping me make the right decisions and educating me. I am and will be a long life customer due to the EXCEPTIONAL experience.

  Lois Bouchard evaluated 35 or so pieces of jewelry to establish estimates of their wholesale values. She prepared a bound report which included the positive and negative characteristics of each piece, a photograph and a very detailed description of the metals and stones in each. Her charges were very reasonable and she warned me on several occasions that a particular item would be difficult to sell. She consulted with other gemologists on several pieces. I couldn't be happier with her work, her credentials, her integrity or our interactions. I plan to ask her to broker several stones for me and I recommend her to anyone who needs advice about a purchase or sale, an appraisal, or an estimated retail/wholesale price.
