  The Butcher's Market is a great place. The location in Cary is my favorite, and they are very customer oriented and friendly. There was an incident with my beef ribs not being appropriate. The cashier noticed the issue, presented it to the butchers, and the butchers agreed. An appropriate cut of meat was provided, and the general manager also took care of the charges. I had know idea the quality was inappropriate. This situation proved they truly care for their products and customers.

  UPDATE: Decided to give these guys another try. Asked for Pork Chorizo and they sold me Beef Chorizo for x3 the cost of the La Bonita. Save your money and go to someone who knows what they are doing. Two stars for the great pork shoulder, but my wings were awful, couldn't finish them. Some meats have a huge mark up too.
