  I have been shopping at this CVS since the year 2000. Always good esperiences. Today, I was walking back to the pharmacy as the gate was closing, but the employee stopped the gate to help me. I asked if I could pick up my one prescription. The employee asked the pharmacist and the pharmarcist said no, that I'd have to come back tomorrow. This was the 2nd time today I had been in the store to pick my prescription. The first time, around 9:30 this morning, I was told the prescription wasn't ready because they needed my insurance card. After the employee checked, they had all my insurance information already on file. He asked me to come back later to pick up my prescription. As I left the store today at 6:01 pm, I noticed the drive-thru was still open with a customer being helped. This was very frustrating. I will be out of town all day tomorrow, unable to pick up the prescription. I gotta say I'm disappointed in your customer service.
