  Tried their freshly made pizza - the individual slices were really good with chewy, substantial hand-tossed crust. Got a whole pizza later, and it was paper-thin and under-cooked, pizza fell apart trying to pick up a slice and ripped itself apart trying to slide it from a box to a sheet to bake it more myself. Not sure why it was so inconsistent but not trying it again.

  SHOPPERS BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER PARTY PLATTERS FROM THIS STORE! I came in yesterday to pick up several party platters that I had ordered for our large holiday party, over 60 people. They had no record of my order, even though I personally came in the store a week prior and talked with someone who took my order. They reassured me that everything would be ready. When I came to pick-up the platters, I was amazed by the incompetence of the workers! The staff was not helpful at all and didn't have any suggestions on how to make things right. This was 2 hours before my party was to start! I am planning to talk with the manager face to face this week. I did not have the time to do it then because I had to scramble to get food for my party. Update: I went and spoke with the store manager. It meant a lot that he apologized and wants to correct things. He wants to help with our next event. Although I was not looking for something for free, it was a very nice gesture. I'm changing my 1 star rating to a 2 star rating, purely on his handing the situation.
