  The rho chi on my grandmas class ring fell off and I was devastated! I have worn this ring EVERYDAY for 8 years. I knew Lee and Donna through my place of work and went straight to them! They were able to take my grandpas class ring, replicate the rho chi to put on my grandmas ring then re-size my grandpas ring for my mother. They were so caring and helpful and got my ring fixed up and back to me within a month! All-in-all, they were amazing! I also worked with their daughter Jen who is so sweet and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else!

  I had an awesome experience with Lee and Donna at Joint Venture Jewelry! I had a ring my great grandmother gave to me that they were able to restore and it is gorgeous! ! I am 63 and have always kept this ring because it means so much to me. Now I am wearing this family heirloom that my great grandfather, Charles, gave my great grandmother, May. The rose gold ring engraved C to M. My heart is so full. They also replaced a diamond to my engagement ring. It looks like new!! My husband and I are so pleased and grateful to Lee and Donna. I could go on and on. Rating would be through the roof. Melanie
