  Relaxed and agreeable customer service, and my wife and I came away satisfied with what we bought. Jasmine Brailey (new sales associate) made sure our experience was positive. Overall very pleasant - salespeople did a nice job reading us and making sure to direct us to what we wanted - they did not try to obnoxiously upsell.

  My Sales Associate was John Z. He was extremely helpful with helping me find the right bed for my first apartment. I originally fell in love with this King size that was on sale but it turns out it was too big for my room after receiving the measurements. I then decided to go with a queen Bed. John Remembered me looking at a queen bed that was my 1st choice after the king size and gave me a great deal. The Queen was more expensive but they allowed me to get it for the same price the King was listed which was $800 and also got a good deal on the box spring because I was debating on buying that part separately somewhere else. They also kept the bed on hold for me for two days until I was able to come back with a deposit which I was waiting on pay day but knew exactly what I wanted. He was awesome, as well as his coworker who assisted when John was not there. Thanks so much!
