  I would not recommend this mattress store. We had purchased a 2K mattress for our son and we were transferring from a crib to a full size bed. We had converted our crib to a bed the night before delivery and they canceled delivery and postponed for 5 more days. So our son would have no where to sleep. They were very rude to me when I went into the store and I told them I would go another mattress store to find what we wanted in stock if they could not resolve our issue in faster timeline. Their answer was "go ahead". I walked out of the store and went to Mattress Warehouse in Apex and they took care of us right away and cancelled my order with Mattress Firm. This store was much better as a Sleepys. Mattress Firm, you have lost a customer forever and you will never see dime of my money again. My family will has spent over 10K in mattress purchases in last 5 years and you will not grow and continue to lose your customer base treating people this way, especially in an area where you have 10 other choices of mattress stores.
