  Horrible store , don’t count properly sale price , and they don’t have refund and 5 day exchange only and even if it was a gift they didn’t let you do anything . Customer service horrible he didn’t even try to fix the situation he just said sue me , we are not going to do anything .

  I have been visiting NY Jewelry for almost 6 years now; even after moving out of the area, I still come back. The service is amazing. My many interactions have been with the owner: very courteous, welcoming, he listens and gives the right advice; Many times, he is reliable and trustworthy.   Don't let anyone tell you that there aren't any honest people in this world. This is very trust worthy business. They wont your busy but most of all they care about you. These people let you walk away feeling good about the choice you make . I will always make them my first choice
