  Extremely disappointed w/ customer service. Had a bounce-back coupon that I saved to use valid to apply starting 7/5. Bought a Throw on the 5th and used my 20% coupon. Color wasn't quiet right so went back on 7/8 to exchange the EXACT throw for a different color. Store would NOT let me apply the 20% to the new transaction. Same item. Different color. Made me pay full price and wouldn't extend another bounce-back coupon on the same item exactly 3 days later. I am a credit card holder and very disappointed in PierOne. No common sense. Will take future home decorating purchases elsewhere as no one in the store would make this right.
