  My mother-n-law bought earrings for my toddler here. One of them is damaged and won't stay in her ear. When I went to return them, still in the original packaging, I was told they couldn't do anything without a receipt. I asked if she could pull up our info in her system. My daughter had her ears pierced there and we had to fill out info. The young lady replied that she probably could, but still would not be able to help me per company policy. I informed her that we were told we could return the items if there was any problem and since the earrings are in he original packaging it make no sense that she would not even offer an even exchange. I informed her that we would NEVER buy anything from Piercing Pagoda again.
