  Got good service when I went here a lot back in 2009 & 2010 by sales associate Frank (he no longer works there 7 1/2 years later but he was very nice and accommodating). Only gave 3 stars now since wait times are very long and it gets quite crowded due to the mall location. They need more employees working the counter. I prefer to go to the nice & quiet T-Mobile near the Target on OKelly Chapel Road in Cary. I am served immediately over there and no long lines, but I did have good experience in the late 2000's and early 2010's. Hopefully it will be just as good if I decide to come back here for help with my T-Mobile account. UPDATE- Got charged a $25 restocking fee for a defective phone but still keeping rating at 3 stars. I should've asked to speak to a manager and shouldn't have given up so easily. Unfortunately I think it is too late to claim a refund. I am out $25 which is a lot of money for me.
