Good selection and well organized, very clean. This is where the good stops and disappointment begins. I watched two employees try to fend off double digits lines until another employee leisurely strolled up to open another checkout. I realize the chain is going under, but all I ask is the employees to uh, do their jobs until such a time as they no longer receive a paycheck.

Good experience back in December 2001 purchasing a Nintendo 64 when I was a freshman in college and another good experience purchasing board games in December 2003 when I was a junior in college. I go here about once every 7 years but when I do I always have a great experience. Very friendly staff but removed 1 star due to prices being somewhat higher than Amazon and occasional long lines during peak times. I am sorry to hear this chain isn't doing that well and is about to go out of business. I really like Toys R Us.

This store is a disaster. Rude, unfriendly clerks. Aisles not marked. I was looking for Peppa Pig. After wandering all over the store with no luck, I went back to the front. The woman there looked really annoyed by my question. She said it was past the Barbies. Went back there - nope. Wandered around some more trying to find help. Guy walked me way past the Barbies to find iy. No selection. I with nothing & will not be back. If companies are going to keep storefronts they need to staff them properly. I went to Amazon - quick, easy & not rude.
